Hijaz Çerkezköy Houses is a housing group project in Tekirdağ, prepared and delivered by us as a preliminary project.

In the project, there are 6 blocks consisting of 4 independent units. It consists of 9 floors including basement, ground floor and 7 floors where the residences are located, and there are 112 3+1 and 48 2+1 apartments in the project. There are technical rooms and a parking garage on the basement floor and are shared by all blocks. In the center, a social life with a sports area, pool, cafe, park and recreation areas is described.

Potential scenarios that investors may encounter in the business process are determined through analyzes and feasibility studies, and presented with data in the light of detailed research. According to the decisions taken, a common road map was determined with the investors and work was started for the project.
