Al Muteqadimah is a villa group project that consists of 2 floors and 21 houses, each with its own garden and parking area, which can meet different expectations and needs.
There are 4 different types of villas with their own gardens in the project area. Villa types are described in different sizes and locations, it is aimed to appeal to different users.
Each villa type has been handled in harmony with all other villas, and the facades are designed with a holistic approach. Dynamism is emphasized on the facade with horizontal and vertical frames.
